Privacy Policy

COOKIES – SUMMARY INFORMATION

What are cookies?
Cookies are IT data, particularly text files, stored on end-user devices (computers, phones, etc.) intended for use with websites. These files allow the user's device to be recognized and the website to be displayed appropriately, tailored to their individual preferences. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the end-user device, and a unique number.

What do we use cookies for?
Cookies are contained in the HTTP protocol, which is used for communication between a web server and a browser. They consist of a key specifying the name of a value, a value, and a lifetime after which the browser should delete the cookie. Their functions are mostly standard for browser settings. Cookies are used to facilitate website use and to tailor website content, including our offers, to user preferences, and to enhance the usability and personalization of website content.

What cookies do we use?
Two types of cookies are used: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. The former are temporary cookies that remain on the user's device until logging out of the website or disabling the software (web browser), after which they are automatically deleted from the user's device. "Persistent" cookies remain on the user's device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until manually deleted by the user. Cookies used by the website operator's partners are subject to their own privacy policies.
The cookies we use are primarily intended to make it easier for you to use our website, for example, by "remembering" information you've provided once so you don't have to re-enter it each time. We also use cookies to tailor online content (such as advertisements and photos) to your preferences.

Privacy policy and cookies
When you use our website, we use cookies to identify your browser or device. Cookies collect various types of information that, as a rule, do not constitute personal data (they do not allow for user identification). However, some information, depending on its content and use, may be linked to a specific individual and thus be considered personal data. In accordance with kove-sklep.pl's privacy policy, the data is encrypted, preventing unauthorized access.

Profiling
Using cookie technology on our website, we can learn about user preferences—for example, by analyzing how often they visit our website or which products they view most frequently. Analyzing online behavior helps us better understand user habits and expectations and adapt to their needs and interests. Thanks to this technology, we can not only present users with tailored advertising (for example, advertising resulting from the recent browsing of only vehicles in the "motorcycles" category) and present available offers that best suit the user's needs. We can also create and present user-specific offers and discounts that are not available to others.

If you opt out of cookies that allow you to see advertisements tailored to your interests, this does not mean that you will not receive any advertisements when using our or other websites – in such a situation, you will still receive the same amount of advertisements, but they will not be related to your previous activity.

Access to information about users' online activity using cookies will also allow us to conduct market and statistical analyses.

The information collected and contained in cookies may be stored after the end of the browser session, which allows, for example, their use during the user's subsequent visits.

Retargeting
Based on cookies, we use technology that allows us to reach users who have previously visited our website with advertising messages on other websites they visit, including those belonging to entities cooperating with our partners.

The lack of connection between the advertising displayed to a user and their interests and needs can be bothersome. We believe that it is more engaging and practical for users to receive messages that are relevant to their interests and needs, identified through analysis of their previous behavior based on cookie technology. Therefore, we are interested in tracking advertising content as users use different websites to deliver advertising tailored to their previous online activity.

Third party cookies
The cookies we use are primarily used to optimize the user experience when using our website. However, we cooperate with other companies in their marketing (advertising) activities. For the purposes of this cooperation, the browser or other software installed on the user's device also stores cookies from entities conducting such marketing activities. You can review the list of our trusted partners in our privacy policy.

Cookies sent by these entities are intended to improve the effectiveness of presenting users with advertisements that are relevant to their online activity - third parties deliver advertising content to users.

Therefore, when you visit our website, cookies from our partners are also stored on your computer or other device. This collects information about products you have viewed or purchased, for example.

Deleting/blocking cookies
Please remember that you can manage your consent to the use of cookies via the privacy settings on our website or in your web browser.

By default, web browsers or other software installed on a computer or other user device connected to the network allow certain types of cookies to be placed on that device. These settings can be changed to block cookies in the web browser settings or to notify the user each time they are sent to the device. This also allows consent to the use of this technology to be modified or withdrawn at any time (blocking the storage of cookies in the future).

It is also possible to block third-party cookies while accepting cookies directly from kove-sklep.pl.

Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

Limiting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website.

Please note that opting out of cookies will only apply to a specific browser. This means you will need to take the same steps for any other browser you use on the same or a different device.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY OF THE KOVE-SKLEP.PL ONLINE STORE

1. What document are you dealing with?
This privacy policy of the Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is for informational purposes only, which means that it is not a source of obligations for Customers of the Online Store (it is not a contract or regulations).

The information contained in the Policy is general in nature. Detailed information regarding the processing of specific personal data is provided each time it is collected in the information clause, posted in a visible and easily accessible place. This applies in particular to information about the purpose and legal basis of personal data processing, the retention period, and the recipients to whom the data is transferred.

All words, expressions and abbreviations appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definitions contained in the Online Store Regulations available in the kove-sklep.pl Online Store.

In the event of any doubts or conflicts between the Policy and the consents granted by a given individual, regardless of the Policy's provisions, the Controller will always base its actions and determine the scope of action on the voluntarily granted consent or legal provisions. In the event of such a conflict between the Policy and the content of the information clauses provided by the Controller when collecting personal data (usually under forms in the Online Store), the information that the Customer should follow is the one provided within the aforementioned information clauses.

If you provide additional consent, our partners (listed below in point 16) may also be the controllers of data obtained based on your online activity using technologies such as cookies.

3. How do we care for your data?
The Customer's personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, p. 1) (hereinafter also referred to as the "GDPR") and other currently applicable provisions of personal data protection law, i.e. throughout the entire period of data processing. Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data"). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:
• processed lawfully, fairly and transparently for the data subject;
• collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
• adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
• correct and updated as necessary;
• kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;
• processed in a way that ensures appropriate security of Personal Data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.

As indicated in the introduction, being aware of the importance of Customer privacy, the Controller protects not only visitors to the Online Store, but also Customers who have provided the Controller with their Personal Data using other communication channels, i.e.
• the website https://www.facebook.com and all other websites marked or co-branded with the Facebook brand (including subdomains, international versions, widgets, and mobile versions), the principles of operation of which are based on the regulations available in particular at https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms, provided by Facebook Inc. or Facebook Ireland Limited (hereinafter also referred to as the "Facebook Service"), including through the Facebook Lead Ads function aimed at direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services. The principles of protection and use of Personal Data by Facebook are available, for example, at: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php. The Administrator has no influence on the content of the legal regulations of Facebook, including those relating to Personal Data.
• applications enabling the Administrator to conduct advertising campaigns, including competitions, on the Facebook website.

4. For what purposes is information about you used?
Each time, the purpose and scope of data processed by the Controller result from the Customer's consent or legal provisions, and are further specified as a result of actions taken by the Customer in the Online Store or through other channels of communication with the Customer. For example: (I) the Customer's Personal Data may be processed for the purpose of granting, presenting, or providing dedicated offers and promotions, tailored to their preferences to the greatest extent possible (which may significantly impact them) only if the Customer has given their consent (and is not available to individuals who have not given such consent); (II) if the Customer decides not to make a purchase through the Online Store and only makes a Reservation of selected Products through the Online Store, their Personal Data will not be shared with the carrier carrying out shipments on behalf of the Controller.

Possible purposes of processing Customer Personal Data by the Administrator include in particular:
• concluding and implementing a Service Provision Agreement (Account) or taking action at the request of a future Client before concluding it (we process your data to manage your Account so that you can enjoy the benefits it offers, e.g. placing orders without having to fill out forms each time, accessing your purchase history, managing your consents on the website, etc., and enabling you to use other services available on our website);
• concluding and implementing a Sales Agreement or Reservation, or taking action at the request of a future Customer before concluding it (we need your personal data to process your order and perform the concluded contract – in particular to confirm its placement and to reserve or send you the selected product, as well as to contact you in this matter if necessary);
• receiving and considering complaints;
• conducting the competition, in particular selecting the competition winners and awarding prizes;
• presenting advertisements, offers or promotions (discounts) regarding the products or services of the Administrator and its partners (the current list of which is provided in the Online Store) intended for all recipients, in particular for the purpose of implementing the Newsletter provision agreement;
• evaluation and analysis of the Customer's activity and information, including as part of automated processing of Personal Data (profiling), in order to present general advertisements, offers or promotions (discounts) regarding the products or services of the Controller and its partners, in a manner tailored to the interests of a given Customer (however, without significantly influencing their decisions), in particular for the purpose of implementing the Newsletter agreement, as well as for market and statistical analyses;
• pursuing claims and defending against claims, including those of third parties – in the case of using most of the functionalities of the Online Store;
• fulfillment of legal obligations arising from regulations, e.g. tax and accounting, especially in the case of paid contracts;
• conducting correspondence with clients, including responding to clients' messages.
In the case of an adult Customer, with his/her additional consent, Personal Data may also be processed for the purpose of presenting, creating, granting and implementing dedicated advertisements, offers or promotions (discounts) for a given Customer regarding the products or services of the Controller and its partners, tailored to his/her preferences to the greatest extent possible (profiling), as a result of automated decision-making, which may produce legal effects for him/her or significantly affect him/her in a similar way, e.g. by offering a short-term discount exclusively to such a person on a specific product that he/she has recently viewed in our store (this option is not available to persons who are not of legal age or who are of legal age but have not given their consent to such action).

5. What information do we use about you?
The Administrator may process in particular the following Customer Personal Data:
• using the Online Store:
◦ Personal Data provided in the form when registering an Account, placing Orders or making a Reservation in the Online Store (in particular: first name and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; address [street, house number, apartment number, postal code, town, country], address of residence/business/registered office [if different from the delivery address], bank account number, and in the case of Customers who are not consumers, additionally the company name and tax identification number [NIP]) and other data collected during the use of the Online Store;
◦ Personal Data provided for the purpose of using the newsletter, provided when using the contact form, or provided when submitting a complaint;
◦ Personal Data provided for the purpose of participating in competitions;
◦ other data, in particular obtained based on the Customer's activity on the Internet, in mobile applications or in stationary stores belonging to MOTO REWOLUCJA Sp. z o. o., including data obtained via the Online Store, Application or other channels of communication with the Customer, using cookies and similar technologies,
• by completing the data contained in the Facebook Lead Ads form, the User provides the Administrator with the Personal Data indicated in the form, which may include in particular: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number;
• by completing the data contained in the application forms enabling the Administrator to conduct advertising campaigns/competitions on the Facebook Website, the User provides the Administrator with the Personal Data indicated in the form each time, which may include in particular: name, surname, correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number.

6. Are you obliged to provide us with your data and what are the possible consequences of not providing it?
Providing Personal Data by the Customer in the Online Store is voluntary, but it is necessary to use certain functionalities of our store, for example, for the Customer to place an Order and settle it (conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement), register an Account or make a Reservation (conclusion and performance of the Service Provision Agreement), subscribe to the newsletter or use our forms.

Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a specific contract is indicated in advance in the Online Store (we indicate the data required to conclude a contract/use a specific functionality), through other channels of communication with the Customer, or in the Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide Personal Data may result in the inability to effectively complete the above activities.

7. On what legal basis do we use information about you?
The basis for processing your Personal Data is primarily the need to perform a contract to which you are a party or the need to take steps at your request prior to entering into the contract (Article 6, Section 1, Letter b) of the GDPR). This applies primarily to Personal Data provided in the form when registering an Account, placing Orders and concluding a Sales Agreement or making a Reservation in the Online Store, as well as when subscribing to the newsletter. In the case of Personal Data provided to us in connection with a Customer complaint, the legal basis for processing is the necessity to perform/process the sales agreement for the goods being complained about.
In the case of data processing operations for the aforementioned marketing purposes, with the exception of those carried out as part of the newsletter, which operates based on the terms and conditions, the basis for such processing is the fulfillment of the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or its partners (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR), in which case the partners do not participate in the processing of the Customer's data. On the other hand, to the extent that the Controller's partners may also have direct access to this information, the legal basis for such processing is the Customer's voluntary consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR). In turn, the presentation, creation, granting, and implementation of advertisements, offers, or promotions (rebates) dedicated to a given Customer, which are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, tailored to the Customer's preferences to the greatest extent possible, and which may significantly influence the Customer's consumer decisions, is based on the Customer's voluntary consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a), Article 22 paragraph 2 letter c) of the GDPR). However, this applies only to adult customers.

For other (other) purposes, the Customer's Personal Data may be processed on the basis of:
• voluntarily expressed consents – e.g. of persons entering competitions (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR);
• applicable legal provisions – when processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller, e.g. when the Controller settles concluded sales contracts on the basis of tax or accounting regulations (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of the GDPR);
• necessity for purposes other than those mentioned above resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims, correspondence with Customers, also via contact forms (including responding to Customer messages), market and statistical analyses (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR).

8. Is your data subject to profiling and what does this mean for you?
For the purpose of presenting general advertisements, offers, or promotions (discounts) to all Customers, tailored to their interests, the Administrator may learn about their preferences, for example, by analyzing how often they visit the Online Store and whether and which products they purchase or reserve in brick-and-mortar stores belonging to MOTO REWOLUCJA Sp. z o.o. This allows for a better understanding of Customer expectations and adapting to their needs, without significantly influencing their decisions. Thanks to the Administrator's use of advanced technologies, the above activities will often be performed by the system in an automated manner, ensuring that the content sent is up-to-date and the Customer can quickly familiarize themselves with it.

For adult Customers, the aforementioned analysis of interests or preferences will also be used to create, grant, and implement dedicated and highly tailored advertisements, offers, or promotions (discounts) in an automated manner. These offers may have legal consequences for them or significantly impact them in a similar manner, potentially limiting access to them by other Customers (this option is unavailable to Customers who are not of legal age and have not consented to such actions by the Administrator). These actions differ from simple "profiling" (e.g., tailoring our communications and banners to your interests), in that their results may significantly influence your choices as a consumer. For example, they may result in a very favorable, temporary offer of accessories directed exclusively to you based on your purchase history and behavior on our website, to which other Customers will not have access. The more often a Customer uses the Administrator's services and purchases its products, the better promotions and surprises we can prepare for them.

9. Who can we share your data with?
Each time, the list of recipients of Personal Data processed by the Controller results primarily from the scope of services used by the Client.
The list of data recipients also results from the Customer's consent or from legal provisions, and is further specified as a result of actions taken by the Customer in the Online Store or Application.

The Controller's partners may participate in the processing of Personal Data to a limited extent, in particular those who technically help to efficiently run the Online Store, including communication with our Customers (e.g. they support us in sending e-mails and, in the case of advertising activities, also in marketing campaigns), providers of hosting or ICT services, carriers or intermediaries carrying out the shipment of Orders, entities handling electronic payments or card payments in the Online Store, companies that service software, support the Controller in marketing campaigns, as well as providers of legal and advisory services.
As part of its marketing (advertising) activities, the Administrator utilizes the services of third parties that use cookies in the Online Store/Application. A detailed list of these entities is provided in the following sections of this Policy.

10. Are your data also transferred to third countries (outside the European Economic Area)?
As part of the Controller's use of tools supporting its current activities, provided e.g. by Google, the Customer's Personal Data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, in particular to the United States of America (USA) or another country in which an entity cooperating with it maintains tools for processing Personal Data in cooperation with the Controller.

Appropriate security for transferred Personal Data has been ensured by the Controller through the use of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission and data processing agreements that meet the requirements of the GDPR. In the case of data transfer from Europe to the US, some entities located there may additionally ensure an adequate level of data protection under the Privacy Shield framework (more information is available at: https://www.privacyshield.gov/).
The Customer has the right to obtain a copy of the safeguards applied by the Controller regarding the transfer of Personal Data to a third country by contacting us.

11. What rights do you have?
Every Customer has the right at any time to:
• filing a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
• transfer of Personal Data that he/she provided to the Controller and which are processed in an automated manner, and the processing is based on consent or on a contract, e.g. to another controller;
• access to Personal Data (including, for example, receiving information about which Personal Data are being processed);
• request rectification and restriction of processing (e.g. if the Personal Data is incorrect) or deletion of the Personal Data (e.g. if it was processed unlawfully);
• withdraw any consent given to the Administrator at any time, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out by the Administrator in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.
• object to the processing of Personal Data concerning him/her carried out for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Controller or a third party, in particular to processing for marketing purposes, including profiling (if there are no other valid legitimate grounds for processing that override the Client's interests).

12. How long will we store your data?
Personal Data may be stored for the period of use of the Online Store (but may be deleted after three years from the Customer's last activity within the Online Store), in the case of marketing activities - until the Customer files an objection, and if they are related to cookie technology and similar, depending on technical issues, until these files are deleted using browser/device settings (however, deleting files is not always the same as deleting Personal Data obtained through these files, hence the possibility of objection).

If the processing of Personal Data is dependent on the Customer's consent, Personal Data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

In each case:
• Personal Data will also be stored when legal provisions (e.g. accounting or tax regulations) oblige the Administrator to process them;
• We will store Personal Data for a longer period in the event that the Customer has any claims against the Administrator, for the purpose of pursuing claims by the Administrator, or for the purpose of pursuing or defending against claims of third parties, for the limitation period specified by law, in particular the Civil Code.

Depending on the scope of Personal Data and the purposes of their processing, they may be stored for different periods.

In each case, the longer period for storing Personal Data shall prevail.

13. Will commercial information be sent to you (e.g. to your email address)?
The Administrator has the technical ability to communicate with the Client remotely (e.g. e-mail).

Commercial information related to the commercial activities conducted by the Administrator or entities cooperating with it may be sent only on the basis of the consent expressed by the Customer, including after accepting the regulations of the newsletter service.

14. Cookies
• Who do cookies apply to?

Due to the fact that the cookie technology (or one with functionality similar to cookies) used by the Administrator collects information about each person visiting the Online Store, including within the Application, the following provisions of the Policy apply to persons who use the Online Store and the Application, regardless of whether they remain its Customers (place Orders, reserve Products or have an Account) (hereinafter also referred to as the "Visitor").

• What technology do we use?

The Online Store uses technology that stores and accesses information on a computer or other device connected to the Internet (in particular, through the use of cookies or related solutions) to ensure maximum comfort when using the Online Store, including for statistical purposes and to tailor advertising content presented by the Administrator, its partners, and advertisers to the Visitor's interests. During a visit to the Online Store, including within the Application, data regarding the Visitor's online activity may be automatically collected.

Due to the fact that the Administrator may use solutions with functionality similar to cookies, please apply the following provisions of the Policy also to these technologies.

• What are cookies?

A cookie is a small piece of text information sent by a server and stored on a Visitor's device (typically on a computer's hard drive or mobile device). It stores information that the Online Store may need to customize the Visitor's experience and to collect statistical data about the Online Store, including the Application (e.g., which pages have been visited, what items are downloaded), as well as information about the domain name of the Internet service provider (ISP) and the Visitor's country of origin. The technology that stores and accesses the Visitor ID enables the Application to function offline and to save the Visitor's preferences when the Visitor is not logged in. The Application stores the Visitor's current ID until the Visitor logs in to the Application, changes the Application's website to an Online Store operating in a different country, or uninstalls (deletes) the Application from the mobile device.

• Do cookies collect your personal data?

When a Visitor uses the Online Store, cookies are used to identify their browser or device. Cookies collect various types of information that, as a rule, do not constitute personal data (they do not allow for the identification of the Visitor). Some information, depending on its content and use, may, however, be linked to a specific person—attributing certain behaviors to a specific Visitor, for example, by linking it to the data provided when registering an Account in the Online Store—and thus be considered personal data.

With respect to information collected by cookies that may be associated with a specific individual, the provisions of the Personal Data Policy apply, in particular those concerning the rights of the data subject. Information regarding information collected by cookies is also made available, among other things, in the information clause posted in a visible and easily accessible place during the first visit to the Online Store.

• On what legal basis do we use cookies?

Obtaining and storing information using cookies is possible based on the Visitor's consent. By default, web browsers or other software installed on a computer or other device connected to the network allow cookies to be placed on such a device by default, thus allowing the collection of information about Visitors. Consent to the use of cookies, including those of our partners, may be modified or revoked at any time through the web browser settings or as part of managing the privacy policy on our website (though some parts of the Store may not function properly). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (detailed information on how to withdraw consent is provided in the following sections of this Policy). The basis for processing such data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is the need to ensure the highest quality content presented by the Administrator by adapting it to Visitor preferences and for marketing – including direct marketing – of the Administrator's or its partners' products and services. In such a case, the partners are not involved in the processing of Customer data. On the other hand, to the extent that the Administrator's partners may also have direct access to this information, the legal basis for such processing is the voluntary consent expressed by the Customer.

• What do we use cookies for?

Cookies are primarily intended to make it easier for Visitors to use the Online Store, for example, by "remembering" information they have provided once so they don't have to re-enter it each time. They also serve to tailor their content, including advertisements, to their preferences. Cookies also serve to enhance the usability and personalize the content of the Online Store, including presenting, creating, granting, and implementing advertisements, offers, or promotions (discounts) tailored to a given Visitor's interests (this only applies if the Visitor is of legal age and has consented to such action).
Using cookie technology, the Online Store enables the Administrator to learn about Visitor preferences—for example, by analyzing how often they visit the Online Store and whether and which products they purchase in brick-and-mortar stores belonging to MOTO REWOLUCJA Sp. z o.o. Analyzing online behavior helps us better understand Visitors' habits and expectations and adapt to their needs and interests. This technology allows us to present Visitors with advertisements tailored to their needs and interests (for example, an advertisement resulting from recent browsing of only exhaust systems in the "technical accessories" category) and to prepare better promotions and surprises for adult Visitors who have agreed to this.

Based on cookies, the Administrator also uses technology that allows advertising messages to reach Visitors who have previously visited the Online Store or the Application when they use other websites.

• Can you object to the use of information from cookies?

The Visitor may object to the Administrator's actions undertaken for the purposes described above. If the Visitor expresses consent, including the presentation, creation, granting, and implementation of dedicated advertisements, offers, or promotions (discounts) tailored to their preferences, such consent may be withdrawn at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

• What types of cookies do we use and are they harmful?

Cookies used in the Online Store are not harmful to the Visitor or the computer/device they use, so we recommend not disabling them in browsers. The Online Store uses two types of cookies: session cookies, which remain saved on the Visitor's computer or mobile device until they log out of the website or disable the software (web browser), and persistent cookies, which remain on the Visitor's device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted in the web browser.

• How long will the information collected by cookies be stored?

Depending primarily on the purposes and legal basis for processing Personal Data collected by cookies, they may be stored for the period indicated in point 12 of the Policy.

Personal Data collected through cookies regarding Visitors who are not Customers will be stored until an objection is filed. The Administrator may delete Personal Data if it is not used for marketing purposes for three years, unless legal provisions require the Administrator to process Personal Data longer.

Some Personal Data may be stored longer in the event that the Visitor has any claims against the Controller or for the Controller to pursue claims or defend against claims (including those of third parties), for the limitation period specified by law, in particular the Civil Code.

In each case, the longer period for storing Personal Data shall prevail.
• Current cookies used in the Online Store
• Third party cookies.

The cookies used by the Administrator are primarily intended to optimize the Visitor experience when using the Online Store or Application. However, the Administrator cooperates with other companies in their marketing (advertising) activities. For the purposes of this cooperation, the browser or other software installed on the Visitor's device also stores cookies from entities conducting such marketing activities, which may become controllers of the Customer's personal data. Cookies sent by these entities are intended to ensure that the Visitor is presented only with advertisements that meet their individual interests and needs. In the Administrator's opinion, the display of personalized advertising is more attractive to the Visitor than advertising that is unrelated to their needs. Without these cookies, this would not be possible, as companies cooperating with the Administrator deliver advertising content to Visitors.

As part of its marketing activities, the Administrator uses the services of the following entities that use cookies in the Online Store:
• Google AdWords,
• Google Analytics,
• Facebook,
• CloudFlare,
• CookieYes.

More information about the cookies of these entities can be found in their privacy policies.

How to delete/block cookies?
Visitors can change the way cookies are used by managing their consents within the privacy settings on our website or through their browser or Application, including blocking or deleting cookies from the Online Store (and other websites). To do this, change the settings in their browser or Application. The method for deleting cookies varies depending on the web browser used. Information on how to delete cookies should be found in the "Help" section of the selected web browser. Deleting cookies does not constitute deletion of Personal Data obtained through cookies by the Personal Data Controller.

For example, in Internet Explorer, cookies can be modified from: Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy; in Mozilla Firefox: Tools -> Options -> Privacy; and in Google Chrome: Settings -> Show advanced settings -> Privacy -> Content settings -> Cookies. Access paths may vary depending on the browser version used.
For detailed information on managing cookies on your mobile phone or other mobile device, please refer to the user manual/instruction manual for your phone or mobile device.

It is also possible to block third-party cookies while accepting cookies used directly by the Administrator (the "block cookies from external entities' websites" option).
• What are the consequences of deleting or blocking cookies?

Limiting the use of cookies on a given device prevents or significantly hinders the proper use of the Online Store, for example it may result in the inability to maintain a login session.
